Hi,

1. OECD data in SDMX-JSON format
I have recently committed a new reader module for SDMXJSON. It is used
behind the scenes when instantiating a Request instance with the new
agency_id "OECD". Indeed, OECD exposes its datasets as JSON files
according to the new SDMX 2.1 JSON-based file format. That said,
structural metadata has not been standardised, yet. So you have to
figure out the flow IDs etc. from the OECD website. Moreover, as the DSD
is unavailable in this format, you have to provide filter strings in dot
notation, e.g. 'DE.XXX.YYY'. This may be tedious. Luckily, the
startPeriod and endPeriod parameters can be specified as usual.

2. IMF data

I have looked at some datasets from the IMF. On data.imf.org they claim
that there is an SDMX 2.1 API both in sdmxml and sdjx-json. The
web-service is wcf- or asmx-based. I am unfamiliar with these; all other
agencies use simple REST API's. guess one may wish to use suds as SOAP
library. While in theory IMF data and metadata in sdmxml should be
handled by pandaSDMX, I am stuck with the web-service. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks.

Leo
