Further enhancing pandaSDMX - request for contributions

Hi,
due to other commitments I need to pause from adding new features at
least for a couple of months. I also believe the current feature set
will meet a good part of user needs.
In terms of marching twards a v0.3, I have opened a few issues on
github setting out enhancement proposals. Volunteers willing to
contribute may wish to start from there. In particular, an additional
reader module for SDMX-JSON would be great.
That said, I would try to fix major bugs and serve as a
sparringspartner to any contributors.
