I like eclectic meyham! not electric, as most moped are gas powered,
not electric, and I do agree for the most part that we should be an
eclectic bunch, I guess I will find this out when I get to meet you
all face to face, I like it though, I'd be happy to do some artwork on
the design, check out my other stuff here to see if I am qualified to
do the art work

I wanted to add this too, I hope we can put some thought into the
name, as if you look at some of the names on MopedArmy maybe they
didn't come up with something they really liked and just came up with
something. For example, "The Tom Cruisers" which I am pretty sure that
not all members are happy with.
On another note, at the same time, it's just name. Isn't the best
thing here is that there is finally a San Diego Club forming? maybe it
should be called "atlast" or something, really I am just looking
forward to riding with other riders. I gotta go sell casket now, so

I suspect calling it America's Finest Moped Club is as just asking to
get hated on by every other moped crew in the universe. I do think
it's funny though.

I throw my lot in with any one of Scott's Monsters or Sci-fi
references. I think Cylons is rad.

Perfect combination of being vaguely high tech and futuristic but also
a bit clunky and obscure. Bonus! Cylon was an ancient athenian who
fucked up his own father's palace and seized control of the state in
a vicious coup only to be murdered by the old guard after the state
swore not to harm him.

Plus, any of the sci-fi, monster ones sounds like a moped Gang as
opposed to a Club. Clubs are safe. Nobody ever got laid or beat up
at a lyons club meeting, but people in gangs do exciting things all
the time!

Plus, it avoids the possibility of it sounding funny at first and then
being annoying for the rest of eternity. like, say, the "Tom
Cruisers."

Does anyone own a truck? I live in the southbay (outside of I.B) & its quite a journey for me to get to the ride locations. Even if I just got a ride home after a ride it would make my journey so much nicer. Thats half the reason I haven't made it to the 1st 2 rides. The other half is I need to weld my pedal back on.

The line drawing I did was just my interpitation of what "Heavy
Pedding" would mean, please give me some input and I am sure the
drawings will be better. I did the mud flap girl floating above the
"simple" moped and didn't like it, if I submit it I'll have to do it
over. I have my motorcycle safety course tonight, I can't belive I
have to be there from 5:00pm to 11pm and have to sacrifice 1/2 my
weekend for this, but I'm not paying for it so oh well.
