Trail Run - Superstition Mountain - April 14-15

Fellow Jeepers,

Mark your calendar - Trail run to Superstition Mountain during Tax Weekend! Some of us will be leaving on Friday the 13th (Spooky!) and some going out on Saturday or Sunday. You're welcome to join any time, bring your camper, RV, trailer, tent, or just come for the day. Club member Dean Whorton will be leading runs and showing us the trails in the area. All skill levels are welcome. An exact camp ground location hasn't been picked yet - we're looking for something in the vicinity of 32.88253, -115.74835 which is off of Wheeler Rd near where it intersects Huff Rd, north east of Plaster City.

If you want to head out on Friday evening, Dean is probably leaving from the Clairemont area around 6pm. If you want to leave Saturday morning, I will be leaving then and will be meeting up with Dean in Superstition.

This will be our first trip out to the area, but it will likely involve all the fun and excitement of our other desert Jeep trips... so bring your camping gear, your food and water, some of your favorite adult drinks, and enough gas to keep the Jeep happy! We'll see you there!
