First Annual Toys for Tots Urban Jeep Run

The holiday season is quick upon us, and we at SD Jeepin' thought it
was a good idea to try and give back to those in need. Thus, we'd
like to invite you to the First Annual (some might call it inaugural)
Toys for Tots Urban Jeep Run. I'll get to the skinny:
Saturday, December 10th, around 9am we're all meeting up at Fiesta
Island near where we had our July BBQ. If you aren't familiar with
the area but want to come, please send me an email. Between 9:30 and
10:00, we'll convoy along city streets to the NBC Studio in the Gas
Lamp area of Downtown San Diego where we'll drop off the toys. From
there we'll take the 163 and head back to Fiesta Island to hang out,
have a bon fire, cook some food, and relax - probably getting to the
beach no later than 11am. We'll leave a few folks behind at Fiesta
Island to watch our gear while we're out and about. We're also hoping
to get NBC to do a little op-ed piece on the event, but that my be
shooting for the stars.
If you're interested in joining us, please bring a toy (or multiple
toys) to donate to the Toys for Tots program, your Jeep, and whatever
you might want at Fiesta Island (chairs, table, BBQ grill, food, fire
wood, easy-up, whatever). Questions - don't hesitate to email
