Which field in Meet Manager event file means 'No Times'

Just wondering if anyone knows which field in the Meet Manager event file means that potential entrants can enter an event if they have a No Time?  Presumably there should be a field for Swimmers with 'No Times' when the event is times slower than and another field for Swimmers with 'No Times' when the event is times faster than.  Athough second option must be fairly rare.

Or if anyone knows what all the fields in the EV3 event file mean that would be great as well.
