Small Small fixes will correct as a whole

We have been hearing repeated concerns over the years.

1.List of know issues

2.Find out reasons to fulfilling issues 

3.Observe the history over last one year

4.Speak to them personally/Group and motivate them 

5.Monitor seva activities and drive them in right directions closely

Let's start with small group (2 or 3 centers) , any 3 persons can take this and start with Uncle directions. Lets see results and review in a month time.

All what I'm saying is instead target for big group to CHANGE, target small group and see results. So that slowly we can move forward.

Several times spoke with Uncle also with JP, after having so many meetings not much improvement it seems inters of seva participation within time and promised no of members..

Ground level we need to work and get better results.

Base for Seva in an Organisation like non profitable, one must have devotion and desire to do seva.We need to help them in that direction with more satsungs/close communication 

If it is small group few members can manage but as we are growing in thoughts we should have strong leaders team, also we have visio for next generation

Ask uncle what do and when it should complete, we need get it done by that time.

Someone should track all the tasks doing by individuals.

Good leader Identifies who can do what.

Everyone knows all these just throughing FLASH one more time to line with Organisation GOALS and smooth execution.
