In general out of discussions we get some ideas then formalise the plan of action.

High level understand some discussion, meetings go waste when you dont put points on paper and follow, track, complete it. Needs our contribution.

can some one consolidate all decisions/plans and responsibilities for better tracking and execution.

We know that, without tracking and correction in right path the success is low. We need to be careful about it.

Funding and Good Service both are important we need to have a balance on that.

We can not go with one direction, we need to keep in mind while we are managing the show.

Uncle taken some good decisions we need to follow them and help in execution as ORDER.
