Instructions of Sri K.Narayanarao Uncle to S.D.H.S. Trustees

After Successful completion of All India Team Leaders meeting at Vizag, it has been decided that the following items have to be implemented with immediate effect :

1.       It was come to notice that many posting were made in the Face Book of S.D.H.S. without the knowledge of Founder Trustee.  No one are competent to place photos and matter in S.D.H.S. Face Book without the permission of Sri K.Narayana Rao uncle. Any matter/photos  should be placed with prior approval of Founder Trustee i.e., Sri K.Narayana Rao uncle.

2.       All trustees / Team Leaders/ Volunteers should pay M.C.P.(Maintanance) every month without fail either by payment of Cash at S.D.H.S. Office or by online payment to Canara Bank, Kundanbagh Branch S.B.A/c No.1626101019110 I.F.S.C.Code No. CNRB0001626.  Soon after deposit the facxt of depositing should be informed to S.D.H.S.Office Cell No. 9392008644, 040-65549944, 040- 27760027.

3.       Active ,  In Active volunteer list  and volunteer children list should be sent to S.D.H.S. Office in the proforma which were already sent to All Team Leaders without fail.  Hence all  team leaders should be pursued for getting information and updating our Data.

4.       Monthly programmes conducted in their centers may be informed to S.D.H.S. Office along with programme details and photographs every month for inclusion in Administarative Report for 2014-15. All the trustees should interact with all centers to get the above details.

5.       Team leaders Cell phone numbers are enclosed for necessary action.

Could you share Trustees responsible for which centers?

In the meeting any other main points discussed and decisions taken other than only above 3 points? If you share those helpful, in the direction of Organization strength like programs coordination, trainings, leaders coordination, zonal coordination etc...
