Garden Meeting Notes: Jan 18, 2024
Ariana, Libby, Kiri, Zarluis, Randy, Katie, Corey, Lori, Brad
Members shared progress in their winter gardens, with several reporting early success with celery seedlings and some early tomato plantings. Discussed early harvests before the freeze and strategies to protect plants. Tip: For better cauliflower development, protect the heads by covering them with their surrounding leaves. This technique helps achieve better color and texture in the final product.
Successful weed and rubbish removal completed
