Dear Mr. Rajesh,

We have procured an Energy Meter EM6400 ( with RS 485 IMPORT EXPORT CLASS 0.5 ACCURACY) from you. During testing, we have found that one of the LEDs in the Display of the Energy meter is not working (please see the lowest display line in attached image).

I request you to provide us a replacement for this faulty energy meter as soon as possible. Please bring the replacement meter to IIT Bombay and take back this faulty meter.

Please note that we need to ship the meter to France within 10 days, so we request you to replace the meter as soon as possible.
