Today evening we have to send the documents to delhi to get the ATA carnet. It has to be done today itself otherwise we won't get the carnet in Time. In those documents one requirement is as packed packing list.

What I mean by as packed packing is I need to know the name and number of cartons/packages which will be there in our final shipment and what is inside those. I need the exact details of what is inside. Quantities with description and unique id.

All of you have to give this to me and adwit by 7pm tonight. If your material has already been packed, very good then send me the details and paste a copy of these details on the packages also. If your material is not packed, come to site discuss with packing guy about the type, and size of packing which he will give us for your material and then send it to me. But it has to be send by 7pm tonight otherwise it won't go.

Also the containers are coming here on 25th. Each and every packages has to have it's details pasted on it otherwise that package won't be loaded in the container. Make sure that you do it asap. (Preferably today itself when your are getting those details.)
