Hi Team,

Mr. Kasyap Dalal of PowerOne has called on phone & informed that they have agreed to provide us the Converter free of cost, but we need to pay the freight (import) charges.

They will provide us further details by tomorrow.

Please note that we need the following items for integrating the Inverter to our House Monitoring System:

2. PVI-USB-RS232_485 : http://www.power-one.com/renewable-energy/products/monitoring/aurora-vision/accessories/pvi-usb-rs232485/series

Please indicate the expected delivery date for above items.

Please also send us the tracking ID of the Inverter.
