Dear Sir,

We require the PVI-RS485-MODBUS converter for integrating the Inverter with the Home Management system of our house. Since the inverter has been delayed too much, I would request you to provide us this converter free of cost, so as to make good of the inconvenience caused to this project.

If you feel that its not possible to provide it free of cost, please send us the quotation for the converter so that we can generate the PO.
