Missing suspend/hibernate actions from kickoff (Plasma 5)

First, let me add this. Not sure of this is related to sddm/polkit/systemd-logind/plasma. Anyway I will post it here too. "Suspend" menu item is simply not available anywhere on my KDE 5 setup GUI. "Hibernate" is missing too, but that could be caused by fact that I do not have any swap enabled.

Could this issue be related to sddm (version 0.10.3)?
