WAV macros idea for SDC contest

more that 30 years ago I built a small audio recorder project and all worked fine 

for many years with the analog RADIO.

Nowadays the FLEX ERA has changed the procedures : SWITCH_ON & PRAY that every bit takes its order in the digital radio...

I had to restart it two times untill it worked at the beginning of the contest...

Last saturday in the EUHF I was unable (again...) to use the wav-macro, being they either 

in the contest-sound (as written by Yuri ) nor even in the contest-sound-operator directory.

The audio spectrum red bar in the upper part of the SDC QSO window flew but no way to get audio out. Even with the DAX v1 ON... I still use SSDR v413.

The MIC audio was ok so I had to "speak myself" for the SSB Qsos.

50 SSB qsos at  least did "cost" me more than 150 MYCALL repeated by voice...

Now instead of time loosing in the search of what doesn't go during a contest

the idea is : would not be possible to redirect the FLEX_DVK_Macro to a button in the

SDC function button instead ? at least one ?

No. You need to learn how to use SDC-Contest properly.
Just a reminder: for SDC, you don't need to run either CAT or DAX—only SmartSDR.

HI Yuri, in email I have sent the zipped folder, it is about 3Mb.

I know i have to learn and I also know that CAT and DAX are not needed by SDC.

I have also tested the audio-macro some days before the EUHF and it worked,

but the day of the contest the audio-macro didn't function.

Phil, I've already sent you two emails, but it seems they aren't reaching your inbox..

I checked your settings, and everything is correct. The two files are being streamed normally.

Sometimes, when you start SDC-Contest, the transmission of WAV files or DIGI macros stops.
Check the status of the indicators in the New QSO window and in SmartSDR. If you see that the amplitude is displayed in the New QSO window but is not shown on the transceiver’s display or in the Level indicators in SmartSDR, then the connection between SDC and Flex has failed.

I haven't found the cause yet, but I'm still looking for it.

To resolve the issue, you need to restart the SmartSDR and SDC programs. You may also need to restart the transceiver.

GM, yesterday I have tested again in the SDC_DXLog and the WAV audio has flown OK through the digi channels.
