fter several tests I've realised that SKM server processes 48kHz input stream via VBCable (set for 192kHz) from both SDRConsole and SDRUNO (both set to 192kHz) running RSP1. And the resulting spectrum to N1mm is just a result of it.
I must be doing sth wrong but can't find it (the N1mm SDR server works fine with rsp1 on 96kHz)
So, how to troubleshoot my setup to get 96kHz or 192kHz bandwidth ?

Your configuration provides an IQ stream at a frequency of 48 kHz.
You need to feed an audio stream with a sample rate of 96 or 192 kHz into the IQ skimmer's input. You should also set the appropriate flow rate on the skimmer, in the audio device settings, in the audio cable, and in the audio device properties in Windows.

SOLVED
my error: there was weird configuration in VB audio virtual cable  - I've fixed it.
Best to troubleshoot is from Windows audio settings side (not VB audio virtual cable side)
