having two skimmers set in SDC , but using only one as seen in the screen-crop

would be fine to close toward the right the unused one at the maximum possible to

leave the most part open for the SKM1

Phil, you can display skimmer windows outside the main SDC window. They will only appear on the screen when they are active.
