It seems SDC loses sync with SDR Console&Rig?

When i spin the VFO knob on the rig, SDR Console follows, as well as the frequency ruler in SDC, but the signals stay in place, indicating that they are no longer shown on the frequency they are on. I know I have seen the signals get skewed when dialling the VFO at some point, but now they stay put. 

I suppose this is some setting somwhere?

In the screenshot you can see SDR Console indicating 3.534.980 but SDC is showing the signal on just below 3.537

My setup is:
Kenwood TS-870 on COM1
Virtual Serial Ports Emulator VSPE
splitting COM2 to COM15 for HamRadioDeluxe/RCForb server

SDR Console to TS-870 through Omnirig and COM16

RTL-SDR dongle operated by SDR Console getting it's antenna from RX-ant out on the TS-870, so same frequency rx, not IF

VSPE virtual COM port pair COM20 <-> COM21
SDR Console CW Skimmer on COM20
SDC SKM Server on COM21

VBCable virtual audio cable connecting SDR Console to SDC SKM Server

Some new info:
If I click the two arrows point inwards to a vertical bar in SDR Console - "Centre spectrum" - the skimmer in SDC is aligned.

You have pegged the center of the skimmer frequency to the SDR-Console VFO frequency, which is not the center of the IQ stream frequency. This will cause the skimmer to malfunction.

You need to adjust the receiver's SDR program so that the VFO always matches the center of the IQ stream. If this is not possible, use manual control of the center frequency. 

Contact the SDR program developer to add a mode where the center of the IQ stream matches the VFO frequency. I am aware that SDRuno has such a mode.
