SDC Skimmer on Windows 7?

Hello! I tried to run SDC Skimmer on Windows 7, but it doesn't even start and show error ''The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll'' Research show it could be connected to DirectX or/and video draivers. But after I updated to most fresh, nothing changes. I understand Win7 is very old OS, but it needs for my friend, who has PC's only with Win7.

Any advises?

On Windows 7, you can use SDC up to version 18.

Now I got this error with v18: The procedure entry point GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL.

Anything about TimeSync? Time sync is on.

There were users who ran SDC on Windows 7, but that was 5-7 years ago.

You have a very old operating system that is missing some libraries...

I get most fresh version, what I can found. Install updates, drivers, it didn't help.
