Hi!
Thanks for a great SC-program. Just awesome.
I have configured the SKM and works fine on the Mac. Also the Contest module and slice 1 (A). But to be able to connect slice 2 on the radio with same TCP and UDP ports (same radio ) how do I differentiate the 2nd slice,(B) client 2,  on the SmartSDR API Window?  I was expecting something like "slice 1" on client 1 and "slice 2" on client 2.
73s and good Sunday!

Hi!
A single SmartSDR-API client is created to connect to the trasniver. The other SDC systems use this client to work with all slides. For example, this is how it looks like in the skimmer settings:

similarly in the New QSO window settings:

You will need another SmartSDR-API client if you connect a second trasniver Flex-6x00 to the SDC.

Hi,
Ok I believe I understand. I need to get up 2 nd QSO window you show. Perhaps by starting a new, 2nd QSO.?
I will try.

Hi!
I got it working. In SO2R mode can you switch between slice 1 and 2 without changing TX slice?  For instance while doing run on slice 1 and search and pounce on slice 2 you would fill in call signs in QSO window for pounce and suddenl y sending on slice 1 (run). All this to avoid delays in receiving on slice 1 due to TX slice switching (TX delay).

Of course you can. While transmitting CQ on Slice 1, you can search on Slice 2 without transmitting TX to Slice 2.
You can use the Alt+Up/Alt+Dn hotkeys to move through the spots of another slice without transferring focus to it.
You can turn on CQ+Auto on Slice 1, go to the Slice 2 window and search there.
It all works. Your job is to customize the audio (volume, left/right) for yourself to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Once you have customized your audio, save these settings to your profile to use them in the future.

Hi!
Thanks for the tip. I seem not to be able with my Keyboard to get Alt+Up/Dn hot keys to work on my Mac. Do I need to activate usage of SKM spots somehow?
Another question. If I am unassisted how can I jump to another QSO window  of radio 2 from radio 1. I did not find any key for that. That is I am not using SKM at all to find new S&P just scrolling the band up and down manually to fill in manually the call of S&P stations.
Thanks for a great software. Guess it will take some time to get used to it but it is very intuitive.

You can override the hotkeys here:

There's a local spot there, too.

Hi !
Thanks. I have read the whole manual bit I do not understand how to (in So2 dual mode):
- While doing CQ RUN on radio 1 and QSO Window 1 jumping to S&P Window QSO Window 2 and start filling in a callsign in the window WITHOUT changing TX from Radio 1 to Radio 2?
- What commad to do above step? Tab shifts window but also TX slice to new QSO window.
- Then jump back to Radio 1.

Sorry for my stupid question...
