localhost Telnet not appearing in Smart SDR panadptor

The telnet connection for VE7CC.net port 23 is populating the spots in smart sdr correctly (most of the time) however if I change the feed in CONNECT # 1 to Localhost port 23 (from LOG4OM) , then I do not get any spots being carried across even though the log table is scrolling away correctly.

Is this correct ?
