Flec 8600 is tuned to 7053 But SDC is Only Decoding from 7000-7040

Title says it all.  I can't get SDC to decode anything above 7040.  The radio is tuned to 7053 and the waterall is centered on 7053.  The DAX IQ stream matches this frequency.  The window at the top is showing a blinking red IQ and showing the green CW dot outside the decode area.

Things were working fine before. I don't know what I changed.

Hi Tom - 

I was having this identical issue almost all the time until I changed the sample rate of the SKM server to 192000.  I believe I was previously using 48000, and I haven't had the problem since.
