SDC v19 bugs?

Hi,

I have two problems with latest stable v19 on Win11, SmartSDR v4.0.1.

1. In contest mode (maybe not only, other mode untested) when I want to move a window to the second monitor by dragging the top bar, as It approach the edge of the monitor, the window starts to enlarge to its maximum size instead of moving.

2. Everytime when sending any CW, the sidetone level jumps to 100.

In v18 is everything OK.
