Connecting SPE Expert amp with CAT to Zeus SDR.

Hi, I am trying to get my SPE Expert 1.3k amplifier to talk to Zeus SDR software for the ANAN radios. 

Currently this works out of the box with Thetis as it supports CAT over serial connection.
The amplifier has a 15pin with the CAT lines, which then I have wired to 9 pin and then to a serial to USB converter.
This presents itself on the Windows 11 PC as COM4.
I need to bridge this COM4, perhaps to TCI to then talk to the Zeus software.
Is this possible in SDC. I have tried several options but none have triggered the SPE amplifier to
think it has a CAT connection - so far.
