HI, dragging out the mini-skimmer-window from the main-skimmer window (look at the pic)

is very usefull in many occasions... but

if just moving it few pixels in either direction after the first move it FALLs again back in the main window.

That is very annoying, at least for me.

Therefore I have to swap between the windows to get the main skimmer and pull it out again..

My opinion: the mini-skimmer window MUST remain where I put, when it stays out.

Therefore a new option should cure that behaviour of the mini-window : redock-OFF(stays out) & redock-ON (falls back) .

Phil, if you leave the decoder window open behind the skimmer window, the decoder window will reappear behind the skimmer window. Move the skimmer window to a different location, and then move the decoder window.
