Problem connecting to SmartSDR API from AetherSDR 26.7.2 and Flex 6600M

I am not able to connect to the Flex 6600M which is connected to AetherSDR via SmartLink. It has to be a simple configuration issue on my part. Any help will be appreciated. Please see the attached two images for further information.

SmartLink does not transmit all the data and streams required for SDC. Therefore, connecting SDC to the transceiver via SmartLink is pointless.

If you are interested in remote work, you must establish a direct connection between the SDC and the transceiver via VPN.
