No connect with Smartsdr

I wanted to start the RTTY contest today. I'm working remotely. SmartSDR is running normally on my computer. I'm also using SDC on the same machine. I've already run several contests this way. However, today I'm having the problem that the SmartSDR API isn't establishing a connection. Both the TCP and UDP ports are red. The correct information is entered under Host/Nickname. I've reinstalled the latest version of SDC. Nothing has worked. What could I be doing wrong, or what else could I try?

I'm back home and everything is working again. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful. I have no connection externally, but everything is fine at home on my own network.

If there is no connection to the transceiver, enable TCP Port Log. If you do not see notifications from the transceiver (---Discovery Datagram---), it means that for some reason the network is not passing the Discovery protocol broadcast.

There are many reasons: firewall, antivirus, network equipment, ...
