I am using a SunSDR2 DX (and Pro) in combination with a RF-Kit RF2K-S PA. The PA has a USB COM Interface that is connected to the PC with a Nullmodem cable.

Looking at the monitor windows I see the ID and FA polls from the PA and the returning messages from the SunSDR in Com Spider, but the replies form the SunSDR arrive late. It seems like the PA does not get the replies in time. 

Playing with the "as server" feature did not help, actually the PA did not see any CAT connection anymore. 

Does anyone have experience with such a setup? How can this be handled? I can imagine that multiple polling CAT devices waiting for replies can cause an additional issue.
