My experiences in the 1st contest with SDC

Hi Yuri,
I've been working with various software programs for many years and have now tested your program with my Flex-8400. I'm very impressed. I discovered many new features I wasn't aware of before. The user interface is also very good. However, I would greatly appreciate the following suggestions:

- Spotlist: Checkboxes for Spotter Continent (multiple selection would be perfect, ideally at the top of the menu bar)

- Spotlist: A pause button for when searching the spotlist

- When restarting a contest, the shortcut panel has to be started manually

- Multis are not displayed in red on the band map

- The [cancel] macro doesn't seem to work

- Changes to the column width in the statistics windows are not saved

- There's a hotkey, but a button for notes would be nice

- I can't find the charts shown in the help documentation

- New QSO Window: The active band is highlighted in bold. A colored background would be helpful.

I know my wish list is long, and I don't know if it will seem useful to everyone. But perhaps it can inspire you or spark some new ideas.

My overall impression is very positive; I hadn't expected that. I think I'll use your program in the future. Combined with Flex, it's perfect.

Such a filter can only be developed at the SDC Telnet Server level. You have only just begun to study SDC, but you will soon come to the conclusion that it makes sense to display only your skimmers' spots in the SpotList window. But I'll think about it ))...

Pause the display of new spots? Why is this necessary?

- When restarting a contest, the shortcut panel has to be started manually

Each time Contest is launched, the profile is loaded in the Telnet Server tab. If this profile does not include a Shortcut Panel window, it will not open.

Start Contest, open the Shotcut Panel, and save the profile in the Telnet Server tab.

- Multis are not displayed in red on the band map

Yes, I discovered that for some contexts, the color for the multiplier in this window was selected incorrectly. Fixed.

- The [cancel] macro doesn't seem to work

Thank you. Fixed.

- Changes to the column width in the statistics windows are not saved

This is not necessary. The column width is adjusted automatically with each data update.

- There's a hotkey, but a button for notes would be nice

I added the [NOTE] macro; assign it to a function button.

- I can't find the charts shown in the help documentation

In the "Contest" -> "Main" tab, there is a parameter called "Number of chart windows."

- New QSO Window: The active band is highlighted in bold. A colored background would be helpful.

Yes, only skimmer results in Spotlist for me.
