Keep getting This site can’t be reached 127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

I just did a clean install of Eclipse Neon, GWT, Appengine and SDBG.

I created a new project with the sample code. (Like the screen cast demo)

I can run the app fine.

I created the debug config like in the screen cast, but when I run it, Chrome opens with a page that looks like this:

When you "run the app fine", what port - and in general - what URL do you use? 8888 or 8080? When you run the app with SDBG in Debug mode, you should use the same URL
