I can’t believe that the event is six days away. It’s been a long time in the planning. Here is the timeline of the events this weekend.
Saturday, June 13th: We have dinner reservations at Villa Rosa Restaurant & Pizza, 635 Heacock Rd, Yardley, PA 19067 at 6:45 PM with our overnight guests. The restaurant is close to the Hampton Inn. The restaurant is BYOB and we arrange transportation for our guests in case someone wants to drink some wine. Please let me know if you will be joining us for dinner so that we have enough seats at the table.
Sunday June 14th: Motorcyclist registration opens at 8:00 AM with the ride commencing at 9:00 AM. The ride will be Poker Run style with smaller groups. We have directions on the program books and there will be signs directing the route. There is a pit stop where riders can take a bio brake and purchase a soda. We will have some riders coming in later than the scheduled ride so registration will be open throughout the day and they can take the ride at their leisure. The entertainment, food, and festivities will begin upon the arrival of the main group around 11:30 AM.
Talking to our community yesterday at the Jewish festival, they can’t wait to spend the day with us. It will be a great day for a great cause and you will enjoy it.
