Hey everyone,

Attached is the SDNY social media protocols documents. It's really well put-together, and something we could definitely use as a springboard in developing our own protocols. Just glancing over the document, I actually don't see anything we wouldn't be on board with, though we don't have very many people posting at the moment.

Let's me know what you think of this when you get a chance to look it over.
