Oshkosh International Pathfinder Camporee 2009

Theme Song
Pathfinders, listen up! We need a theme song and are asking you for
your help in selecting one. So tune those guitars, pianos and other
instruments, (and of course your voices), and enter the Courage to
Stand Theme Song Contest.
WHY?
1. You'll be famous (in a matter of speaking)
2. Your song will be sung by thousands & remembered for years to come
3. You will get to attend the International Camporee for free - see
below
Contest Deadline: February 2, 2009 - Groundhog Day
Contest Rules:
1. The words to the them song should reflect the Camporee Theme
'"Courage to Stand"
2. Christ-centered message
3. Easily learned and remembered
4. Makes an impact
5. No more than (4) minutes in length
6. Can be played on a guitar or piano using basic chord structure
(additional instruments are "extras")
Contest Deadline/Prizes/Eligibility/Winners:
1.The Prize: A maximum of two (2) free tickets to the 2009 Courage to
Stand International Camporee. Even though a club or other group may
have worked on the theme song project, only two (2) tickets total are
available for the winning entry.
2. Choosing the winner:The winning entry will be chosen by selected
staff of the Courage to Stand International Camporee. The winning
entry is determined solely by the discretion of the staff. All
decisions are final.
3. Announcing the winner: Winning Entries will be announced on this
website and in electronic and mail media. The winning contestant will
be notified by phone or mail.
4. The form: Please download this form and attach it with your entry.
One form per entry.
5. The media: The song should be provided on a cd in mp3 format with a
hard copy of the words and music.
6.Copyrights: All copyrights and trademarks of the winning song(s)
will be the intellectual/literal property of the International
Camporee.
7.Contest Deadline: February 2, 2009. All entries must be postmarked
by January 15 or received no later than February 2, 2009 to be
considered.
