Vice President Position Open for Nominations

We would like to inform you that our Vice President has recently resigned from the position due to personal reasons. We thank him for his services and contributions to the association during his tenure.
As a result, the Association is now opening the position of Vice President and invites interested and eligible residents to come forward for consideration.
The Vice President’s responsibilities generally include:
Supporting the Principal office bearers and other office bearers in the smooth functioning of the Association.
Coordinating and following up on committee decisions and resident issues.
Assisting in maintenance-related matters, vendor coordination, and service oversight.
Helping organize meetings, communications, and community activities.
Supporting compliance, administration, and overall governance of the Association.
Residents interested in taking up this responsibility are requested to send their nominations by this Sunday(19 JULY 2026), 6:00 PM to the association mail id sda.palmsprin...@gmail.com
Once we receive the nominations, we will review them after internal discussion and let you know the decision by Sunday (19 JULY 2026) end of day.
We appreciate your cooperation and support in ensuring smooth continuity of association activities.

This is to inform you about the nominations for the Vice‑President position. The Association received one valid nomination from Mr. Praveen Kumar before the 6:00 pm deadline. A second nomination arrived at 6:03 pm, after the deadline.
Several members requested that the late nomination be considered, while others asked that it be rejected. After careful review, I have decided not to accept the nomination received after 6:00 pm.
Accordingly, Mr. Praveen Kumar — who has previously served as Vice‑President — will assume the Vice‑President responsibilities effective tomorrow. Residents are requested to coordinate with him for all Association matters.
