Request for Clarification on Car Sticker Procurement Expenditure

Hi Association,

As per my understanding, each car sticker costs about ₹49, and around 2,500 stickers were ordered, making the total cost approximately ₹1,22,500. so total cost for each flat owner is approximately ₹189.

However, this expense is not reflected in the MIS, and the invoice/payment records are not available on MyGate.

Could you please clarify why this expenditure has not been disclosed in the financial records shared with residents? 

If Association funds were used, the related invoices and accounting entries should be available for transparency.

Hi Anil,

The current MIS contains data only up to May 2026, so the vendor invoice we received in June will appear in the next quarter’s MIS. The payment for that invoice is visible in the June bank statement; it will be uploaded soon in MyGate as part of transparency, like all the monthly statements uploaded in MyGate. If you still have any queries regarding the payment, you can arrange a meeting with the Treasurer, and he will help you.
