Concern Lot of vendors are Moving out of Phase 3

Dear Association, 

I am reaching out regarding a concern with Vendors choosing to provide their services elsewhere due to various reasons.

Over the last 2 -3 months , there have been many vendors who were providing various services have been opting out of Phase 3 and avoiding coming here due to various reasons. 

1. Laundry Service 
2. Chess Classes
3. Gym Trainers related issues 
4. Security Agency being changed 
5. Badminton classes

We are hearing that the medical shop is also planning to move to another phase. 

This does take away both the revenue and the confort that these services provided by the presence of the vendors. 

I would request to setup a meeting within Phase 3 to help find a solution so that this situation does not become worse and we can atleast save some vendor services. 

We need you to please help understand why we are not able to provide a way for these services to continue as they were already existing before for quite some time. 

We should balance the earnings with comfort and ensure that services are continued in a way for residents to use.
