Immediate Attention Required – Unsafe Gym Equipment

Dear Association,

I am writing to bring your attention regarding the damaged biceps rod in the clubhouse gym. Kindly refer to the attached pictures.

This issue was reported to the clubhouse manager several weeks ago, and the equipment has remained in the same unsafe condition for over a month. Despite the earlier notification, no corrective action appears to have been taken so far. As per the Clubhouse manager, the required approval for the repair/replacement for the equipment is pending with Ashutosh (if I remember the name correctly).

Given that the gym is used regularly by many residents, the continued availability of faulty equipment poses a significant safety risk. A failure of the damaged rod during use could result in serious injury to residents, which could have been prevented through timely maintenance and repair.

I respectfully urge the association to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and arrange for the repair or replacement of the damaged component without further delay. It would be unfortunate if an avoidable incident were to occur due to the prolonged inaction on a known safety issue.
