Dear Residents,

To ensure safety, convenience, and smooth movement of vehicles within our community, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines. Your cooperation will help keep SDA Palm Spring safe, organized, and welcoming for everyone.

🚫 Non-Parking Areas

Please avoid stopping or parking in the following areas:

  • In front of the Medical Shop

  • Near the Clubhouse (pick-up & drop-off only)

  • On internal roads or in front of wing gates

Reason: To prevent congestion and ensure clear access for emergency and daily traffic.

🅿️ Guest Parking Area Usage

1. Authorized Parking

  • Only guest vehicles are allowed in the designated Guest Parking Zone.

  • Vehicles without an SDA Palm Spring parking sticker are considered guest vehicles and must follow guest parking rules.

2. Parking Duration

  • Guests may park for a maximum of 12 hours.

  • Longer visits require prior approval from the Security Management Team.

  • Parking beyond 10 days will be charged ₹200/day starting from the 11th day.

3. Resident Restriction

  • Residents are kindly requested not to use guest parking slots.

  • This ensures fairness and availability for visitors.

4. Temporary Parking Exception for Residents

  • Temporary parking is allowed for up to 30 minutes.

  • If leaving the vehicle unattended, please inform the nearest security guard.

🚕 Cab & Emergency Waiting Area

  • Cabs may wait only in the nearest Guest Parking Zone.

  • Ambulances and cabs near gates are allowed only for medical emergencies or residents with mobility challenges.

⚠️ Speed & Driving Etiquette

  • Maximum speed: 15 km/h within the society

  • Vehicles exceeding the speed limit may be fined ₹500

  • Avoid using high-beam headlights inside the premises, especially at night

🤝 Respect for Security Personnel

  • Treat security staff with courtesy and respect.

  • For concerns or complaints:

    • Contact the Security Supervisor, or

    • Email the Security Management Team directly

Going forward, the restrictions mentioned below will be strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be granted except in emergency situations.

This email is being circulated to clarify concerns raised by a few residents who stated that the message was not shared earlier. Please note that the same information has already been communicated through all available channels and formats.
