I hope this email finds you well.

We inform you that one of our association members who was taking care of the Plumbing Department has resigned. To ensure smooth operations, we are inviting nominations to fill this key position directly from eligible residents.

Position Details:

  • Role: Office Bearer - Plumbing & Maintenance

  • Responsibilities: Oversee Plumbing Tickets raised by Residents, WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) maintenance, coordinate with our dedicated staff, address plumbing issues promptly, and ensure compliance with society standards.

This role is vital for maintaining our community's hygiene, water quality, and infrastructure reliability.  If you are interested in community service, we encourage you to nominate yourself.

Nomination Process:

  • Deadline: 27th Feb 2026

  • Selection: Nominations will be reviewed by the Association, and will be confirmed by 1st Mar 2026.

Dear Residents,

The Association has received only one nomination for the OB position from Mr. Krishna S. Varadharaj.The Association discussed the nomination in today’s meeting and all members are in alignment with his appointment as OB of the Association.

With effect from now, he will be overseeing the plumbing department along with the maintenance of the WTP and STP systems.

Residents are requested to kindly coordinate closely with him for all plumbing related matters.
