Hi Anant,

The Phase 2 Association has informed us that they will clear the wet waste daily. They have also completely stopped the compost/manure process at the OWC from yesterday onward. This process had been started about five months ago and was causing foul smell issues. We hope they do not create similar issues again with Phase 3.

Regarding the pictures you shared showing dry waste on the road, that is our dry waste. Our vendor is not clearing the dry waste properly. There is also a shortage of staff on both the vendor side and our side, which is affecting the proper clearance of waste. We have informed our housekeeping staff and the vendor to coordinate better and ensure proper disposal. We will monitor the process regularly.

This is to bring to notice the current scenario for waste plant near the ramp connecting phase 3 and phase 2. As you can see bad water accumulation , waste spreading upto the main road and Ofcourse the smell is consistant. 

Clearly visible that no solution or talks are helping. Please close the loop on priority as it’s affecting the health for not only myself but elderly in home.

Thank you for the update. 

Just to update though , the entire waste that you saw on road came from phase 2 and not our phase.  Unfortunately I couldn’t take a video but the entire garbage from phase 2 came to our plant in phases of 2 to 3 drums in sequence. Will capture it and send if found again tomorrow.  Also you can probably check the cctv for same around 11.45 to 12.15 pm for today.
