One of our association members has recently moved out of the society and is no longer part of the association. To keep operations running smoothly, we're opening nominations for an eligible resident to fill this important role.
Position: Office Bearer - Electrical Department Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical mygate tickets from residents, including lifts, Common area electricity, DG backup, and intercom maintenance.
Coordinate with our dedicated staff to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure full compliance with society standards.
