Dear Resident,

We would like to inform you that we are in the process of transitioning to a new security agency due to multiple concerns raised regarding the current provider, including reported service issues and the loss of certain fire safety equipment during their tenure. Appropriate recovery of costs for the missing items is being addressed.

As part of this transition, we have obtained multiple quotations, including one from a security agency recommended by JLL, along with several others identified through independent research. These agencies are currently conducting site surveys to submit their final proposals.

Our evaluation will focus on the quality and effectiveness of services, rather than simply the number of deployed guards. While there may be a slight adjustment in guard count, there will be no compromise on overall security standards and service quality.

We will keep you informed of further developments and aim to finalize the selection of a highly reliable and professional security agency.
