Mobile App Hackathon event coming up next Friday: http://mobileappsd2.eventbrite.com/.
It's a hackathon that is open to all levels of developers. There will
also be a special emphasis on the AT&T San Diego Apps Challenge.
Total cash prize is $2000, along with accelerated help for the $50,000
prize in the AT&T San Diego Apps Challenge.
Finally, if you are interested in simply networking or competing, they
welcome that as well. These events are designed to promote application
development within the greater San Diego community as they would love
to see more apps in the market place, but at the same time are also
vested in the education of devs as a way of giving back to the
developer community.
I will be giving a short presentation on PhoneGap on Saturday. Hope to
see you there!
