My name is Andrea and I am the High Tech High Chula Vista Parent Association Hospitality Chair. This year we are having a holiday bazaar (farmers market) to raise funds. The date of this event is Saturday December 8th, 2012. We are still determining the times for set up and break down and should have it finalized this week. I have extended the invitation to Mrs. Nuvia and the Mercado Golondrina to participate in this event.
We are opening up the Holiday Bazaar to other local community small business owners to sell or promote their businesses. So in order to make it work for everyone, we are asking for a $40 donation to participate in the bazaar and a product or service donation if the vendor would like to have something raffled off during the event. That is at the discretion of each vendor, only the $40 would be required to participate.
I wanted to touch base with you and see just how many vendors can participate. Please get back to me with either a list of vendors so I can get in touch with them or a list of vendors you know are already wanting to participate. I would have one form for them to fill out and they would get a receipt with the schools 501c3 for their taxes. We are also asking for each vendor to provide their own tables and canopies.

Attached is the Vendor form for the Holiday Bazaar. Please fill it out and mail back along with the $40 to the address on the form. Also, please scan and email to me so I can have a digital record of it also, Keep a copy for yourself for your tax purposes.
The event is from 10-3 and set up will begin at 9am. The address of the event is on the form.
