Hi there, Someone in Orange County saw my website and they contacted me with info for a show they were doing in Orange County. It is way out of my league, but I'm passing it on to all of you because there might be someone on this list that can handle a huge show like this. It is a 3 day show Feb 8,9, 10 in Orange County. The booth fees are $400 for a space. They expect 50,000 +people daily. You can see the e-mail below and the attachments if you are interested. I was asking because I am co-hosting a Mardi Gras Event in February at the
Orange County Fairgrounds & Event Center.
This is a 3 day event and we expect attendance to
be between 50,000-75,000.
This event will include the
following:
*Children's Zone - Jumping Castles, Prizes,
Rides, Games & More
*Craft & Artisan area - Over 200 Craft and Art vendors from all around the United States! *Float Parade - Local high school and businesses, will create their floats and display them around our parade route! *Masquerade Ball - This fun event will include dinner, dancing - 21 and over *Tea Time - Dress up your daughters and let them experience a real tea time! This is just some of the fun events we will have
at the Festival. Live music will be ongoing all weekend!
Booth rentals start at just $400.00 for a 10x10 space. If payment is an
issue, we can set up payment arrangements
to accommodate you! I have attached the booth layout as well as the vendor application for your
review! Upon full payment of your booth,
you may select the booth you would like. Please note that included in your booth fees are:
*15 Tickets for entry into the festival ($150.00 value)
