SD Dream Team Retreat in late Decemeber

Hi all, 

I am wondering if we can do mini educational workshops for the retreat.  What do you think about inviting a guest speaker?  I was thinking of inviting Sadaf Hane, she is a Civil Rights attorney for the Council on American and Islamic Relations.  She has helped so many people with immigration problems from several communities including the Somali, Afghan, Iranian, and Iraqi communities.  Or maybe we can invite a professor to give a broader perspective of immigration issues from other immigrant communities. what do you all think?
