Good day everyone!
this is Kendell Tylee, Community Organizer with Justice Overcoming Boundaries (JOB).
JOB is co-hosting a really exciting opportunity THIS SATURDAY to learn about the future of San Diego, what is being planned, and how particularly low-income communities of color can get organized and push for equal access in areas such as Good Jobs, Quality Education, more Effective Public Transit, Affordable Housing, Parks, Safety, Healthy food, Community Voice and Power, and more (I know these are issues that you hold dear to your hearts, DREAMERS, so I am excited to see you there this Saturday!).
And we will learn how to push policies that will make our communities stronger and better, as we make a commitment to work together across neighborhoods. This is how we gain a strong, positive presence, and really influence politicians to listen to us and our desires on these issues.
