This short report brings to light some interesting commits to scylladb.git master from the last weeks. Commits in the 87b7e7ff9c..9e34779c53 range are covered.

There were 109 non-merge commits from 13 authors in that period. Some notable commits:


A large schema (with thousands of tables) could cause stalls when propagated from node to node. This is now fixed.

Alternator, ScyllaDB's implementation of the DynamoDB API, now sets the Projection field in response to the DescribeTable request.

Alternator will now associate service level information configured via the CQL ATTACH SERVICE LEVEL statement with the autheniticated alternator user.

A bug in the materialized view implementation that affected Alternator indexes was fixed.
