This short report brings to light some interesting commits to scylla.git master from the last weeks. Commits in the 9caf85f64a..034f79cfb4 range are covered.

There were 39 non-merge commits from 10 authors in that period. Some notable commits:

When compaction sees a partition or row that deserves a warning, it will print the sstable name in the warning. Note the sstable name can also be found in the system.large_* family of tables as well, for most cases.

The system.status and system.describe_ring virtual tables have been renamed to the more descriptive and conventional names system.cluster_status and system.token_ring respectively. Since the tables are new, users are not affected.
